Always helpful, friendly, and professional. The crew running the Automotive Service department is top-notch. You do not have to own a Dodge to get excellent service there, they are very kind to my husband‘s Ford even though I roll my eyes every time I have to drive it there. Dodge > Ford :). I don’t live in the Sussex area, but I don’t mind driving into Sussex specifically because Norrad Dodge takes excellent care of my vehicles. I know when I leave the repairs will be done well, my bill will be fair, and they take the time to answer any questions I have. Thank you Chris, Jamie, Marshall and the Norrad mechanics/team.
