August 27, 2025 , Windsor, Ontario - Ram brand now offers Canada’s best full-size truck limited powertrain warranty, covering 2026 model-year Ram trucks and vans (excluding full battery-electric vehicles) sold in Canada. The new 10-year/160,000-kilometre limited powertrain warranty reflects Ram’s commitment to long-term vehicle quality as more buyers opt for extended loan terms.
“Everything is more expensive, and trucks are certainly no exception. Truck buyers are financing purchases for longer periods of time, with nearly 80% of new truck loans exceeding five years,” said Tim Kuniskis, CEO Ram brand. “Our customers are making a long-term investment in Ram, and with Canada’s best full-size truck limited powertrain warranty, Ram is making a stronger and longer commitment to our customers.”
The new limited powertrain warranty of 10-year/160,000-kilometres is available exclusively to customers who purchase or lease any of the following new and previously unregistered 2026 Ram vehicles from an authorized Ram dealership in Canada: Ram 1500 (including RHO), Ram 2500, Ram 3500, Ram Cab Chassis, and ProMaster Van (excluding full battery electric vehicles).
The warranty covers the engine, transmission, transfer case, driveshafts, differentials and axles for 10 years or 160,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. Warranty offer includes retail purchases and leases to individuals and businesses, excludes fleet purchases.
Canada’s best full-size truck limited powertrain warranty is part of Ram’s commitment to 25 product announcements over the next 18 months.
