Respect and understanding

Normally I would wait a little longer to write a vehicle review; however, an exception is being made.
I had been searching for a vehicle that would fit my needs and still be economical. I was NOT interested in a car payment and that made interactions, well, interesting...
When I reached out to the fine folks at Norrad in Sussex about an older vehicle, I was not met with the same attitude.
They did want to ensure I was certain I would be happy with an older vehicle as they come with 'character'. That being said, I was never made to feel small or incompetent.
Every detail was explained with respect and understanding. After I assured them I was quite happy not having 'new vehicle stress' again, we were cooking with oil.
2025 brought many challenges for my little family and the patience and genuine kindness shown by Dave and Melissa in getting this deal done was very much appreciated.
I can assure you that should I be in a position to need/want another vehicle, Dave/Norrad will be my first (and likely only) stop on the research trail.
